Winter is coming

Winter has announced its impending arrival with a huge load of stuff that look like snow until it turns into freezing water on your head. It's all the wet of rain and all the cold of snow. And I must brave another ten minutes of it if I want to get home, and more if I want to go grocery shopping. But there are no more classes for the next few days, and tomorrow I go my grandparents', where I will eat many tasty things. So things could be worse. If only the walk home weren't so long...

Wishing you warmth and, tomorrow, a happy tummy. It's a little cooler, here. It's always around fifty on the coast, but today I hear it was sixties farther inland, even to the desert.

I've set up my tiny roomlet a little more since you saw it last. There's a shower curtain and a plastic sheet "ceiling" around me, to make use of the fact that I have a space-heater now. Much happiness, there. It was getting pretty cold in the garage, most evenings.
